Michael Zajic is a Junior Operations Associate at Premier Group, where he began as an intern and earned a promotion after just over three months, all while managing a full course load as a full-time student. Michael earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland, College Park, graduating a year early with a double major in Finance and Operations Management & Business Analytics. He is currently pursuing a master's degree in business Analytics at the same university.
A proud Eagle Scout, Michael attributes much of his strong work ethic and leadership ability to his time in the Boy Scouts of America, where he achieved the rank of Eagle Scout along with five additional Eagle Palms and numerous other honors. Over the years, he has taken on leadership roles in a variety of settings, including Scouts, church, school, and work. His broad experience in leading teams and projects continues to inform his approach to operations and team collaboration. The culture and community that Premier Group is unlike anything Michael has ever seen before, and because of that, he comes in every day ready to give his all!
